100% First-Party Opt-In & Consent Verification Policy.

Section 1.0

Scope & Non-Negotiable Operating Standard

This Policy constitutes an integral component of the Master Services Terms between Mars Solution (operating commercially under the brand name “MARS”, “we”, “us”) and any commercial advertiser, enterprise agency, or syndication partner (“Client”).

MARS operates strictly under a 100% First-Party Direct Consent Model. In an ecosystem frequently compromised by unauthorized web scraping, purchased static databases, rented third-party lists, and aggregated dark-pattern data, MARS maintains an absolute corporate prohibition against the ingestion, syndication, or delivery of any record that has not originated through direct, intentional, and verifiable prospect engagement.

Corporate Mandate § 1.1

No lead record is ever delivered to a Client unless the individual data subject has affirmatively requested specific business content, agreed to transparent sponsor disclosures, or orally authorized executive qualification through a recorded telephonic discovery session.

Section 2.0

First-Party Consent Architecture & Double-Opt-In Telemetry

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) Article 4(11) and Article 7, as well as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous. MARS deploys a multi-stage technological barrier to guarantee consent integrity:

  • ✓
Unchecked Affirmative Consent Boxes: MARS interfaces never utilize pre-ticked checkboxes or passive acknowledgment notices. The data subject must perform an active, voluntary physical action.
  • ✓
Prominent Sponsor Disclosures: Prior to asset access, the registration interface explicitly names the campaign sponsor (the Client) and clarifies that business contact details will be shared for relevant product consultation.
  • ✓
Double Opt-In Verification (DOI): For automated digital publishing portals, an encrypted verification magic link is delivered to the corporate email address. Asset delivery triggers only upon cryptographic authentication of inbox ownership.
Section 3.0

Digital Asset Gating Mechanics Across Owned Media

MARS syndicates high-value enterprise collateral (whitepapers, benchmark studies, analyst reports, webinars, and ROI calculators) across its 25+ owned industry-specific publishing portals. When an enterprise executive engages with gated collateral:

Step 1: Identity Capture

Corporate Domain Validation

Freemail providers (@gmail, @yahoo, @hotmail) are programmatically rejected. Only authentic corporate MX-routed addresses are permitted.

Step 2: Contextual Intent

Category Relevance Alignment

The prospect actively selects their specific software evaluation timeframe, project urgency, and technical deployment environment.

Section 4.0

Voice & Telephonic Affirmative Verification Protocol

For HQL, BANT, and Confirmed Appointment campaigns executed via MARS Tele-Marketing channels:

  1. Mandatory Recording Disclosure: Every inbound and outbound voice engagement commences with an explicit disclosure of call recording for quality, training, and consent compliance.
  2. Affirmative Vocal Authorization: The sales development representative executes a standardized verification script confirming: (i) full legal name, (ii) active job title, (iii) direct corporate email, and (iv) explicit permission to share discovery answers with the named Client.
  3. Dual-Tier Audio Auditing: An independent compliance auditor reviews the complete audio recording before lead transmission. Any ambiguous responses, reluctant verbal affirmations, or gatekeeper interventions result in immediate lead disqualification.
Section 5.0

Immutable Audit Trail & Telemetry Logging

To withstand rigorous regulatory inspection and third-party data protection audits, MARS captures and permanently associates an immutable cryptographic telemetry string with every individual lead record:

Section 6.0

Data Decay & 90-Day Mandatory Re-Verification Cadence

B2B corporate data degrades at an estimated industry rate of 2.5% to 3.0% per month due to organizational turnover, corporate acquisitions, and promotions. MARS enforces a strict 90-day validity horizon. Any subscriber profile that has not re-authenticated or engaged with MARS media properties within the preceding 90 calendar days is automatically quarantined for live re-verification before qualifying for client campaign syndication.

Section 7.0

Secure Downstream Transfer & Data Processing Protocols

Lead delivery to Clients is executed strictly through encrypted channels conforming to FIPS 140-2 standards. Permitted delivery pathways include:

  • • Direct CRM / MAP Webhooks: TLS 1.3 encrypted HTTPS POST endpoints with mutual token authorization (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua).
  • • Encrypted CSV / Secure Portal: Client-authenticated enterprise portal downloads utilizing AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit.
  • • Strict Prohibition of Plaintext Email: MARS never delivers raw PII or unencrypted lead files via unauthenticated standard email attachments.
Section 8.0

100% Client Warranty & Free Lead Replacement Guarantee

We stand behind the regulatory integrity and accuracy of our demand pipeline. If any lead record delivered under an active Insertion Order fails first-party verification, exhibits invalid contact information, or denies requesting the sponsored asset, MARS provides an unconditional 100% replacement warranty:

Client Protection SLA Clause

Clients may submit any questionable record for review within ten (10) business days of delivery. Upon validation of the dispute, MARS will provide an approved replacement lead meeting all ICP and BANT criteria within five (5) business days or issue an immediate prorated credit adjustment.
